Sponsor Comply will maintain and process your personal data for the purposes of effectively carrying out work.

We will store data such as your name, date of birth and nationality together with, if applicable, copy of your passport or ID card and other documents uploaded. We will also store any information and documentation provided by you.

We will use your data solely for acts absolutely necessary for carrying out work effectively and successfully, within limits of our instructions and legal obligations towards you. Your data will not be shared with any unauthorised third parties and will not be used for marketing purposes without seeking further consent.

We store client data digitally and in physical case files. Both of these are secured appropriately and in accordance with our company’s security policies. We confirm that the data is saved on the servers based within EU.

Any data found to be redundant for our aim of effectively discharging our legal obligations towards our clients, will be securely disposed of.  You have a right to request that our records of your personal data be amended or completed. Should you wish to make such request, please contact us immediately and we shall oblige unless barred by law. You have a right to request a copy of your personal data our company holds. We aim to comply with all requests within 30 days.
